Today I’m sharing my favorite breathing practice for inducing sleep. Plus some of my other favorite, but often overlooked, tips for falling asleep quickly, staying asleep all night and waking up feeling rested!

(Side note for parents of young kids: I have my kiddos do this breath, too. And it’s great for calming them down at bedtime!)
