If you struggle with low energy, fatigue or exhaustion, this month's community classes are for YOU! 

With 3 different classes to choose from, one is sure to offer you an energy boost when you need it most! When you register, you'll get access to a 23-Minute Morning Energy Boost Class, a 22-Minute Mid-Day Energy Boost Class and a 21-Minute Evening Practice for Fatigue and Exhaustion.

The unique exercises, poses and flows included in these classes are designed to help if you:

  • Battle with adrenal fatigue or chronic pain or illness
  • Experience mid-day energy crashes
  • Are too exhausted at the end of the day to do any movement or exercise!

These are all-levels, come-as-you-are classes. I'll teach each exercise progressively, so you can start with the basics and build from there. Everyone is welcome!
