Recommended Prop List
Here's a list of the props used in my free classes, courses, and coaching programs. You don't need to buy anything new! I've included suggested items you already have around your house or office to substitute for more traditional props.
- Yoga Mat
- Bolster (or firm couch cushion, rolled sleeping bag inside a pillow case)
- Yoga Block (or large book)
- Half Dome (or rolled yoga mat, small pillow or rolled towel)
- Pool Noodle (or rolled yoga mat, small pillow or rolled towel)
- Yoga Strap (or belt or scarf)
- Firm Blankets
- Chair
- Wall or Back of a Door
- Resistance Band (optional)
- Resistance Loop (optional)
- Resistance Tube (optional)
- Small 9″ Exercise Ball (optional)
- Dumbbells (recommend starting with 1-2 pounds)
