This one is powerful because our modern movement habits often lead to tight hamstrings. Tight hamstrings mess with the health of your feet, knees, hips, pelvic floor, core, back, and even your shoulders.
Forward bends also allow us to strengthen our "patience muscles." I don't know about you, but I need an extra measure of patience right about now.
(And as if on cue to also support those patience muscles, the baby in my belly in this video - who is now FIVE - just dumped a bag of tortilla chips into his suitcase.)
