A Mindful Holiday Season
I know, I know. It’s still October. But, the last week or so, my family has started to sketch out our hopes and plans for the last two months of the year. Watching a friend perform in The Nutcracker, High Tea at a local hotel, and baking have all made the list. I’ll tell you what’s not on the list – increased anxiety, moodiness, extra weight and a general feeling of discontent.
