The All-New Stay-at-Home Yoga
I was recently at a birthday party for one of my daughter’s friends, and one of the dads there asked, “What do you do for a living?” When I told him I was a yoga teacher, he replied in the same way that almost everyone does. “I really should do yoga. I know it would be good for me.”
For the longest time, I wondered if that was just something polite that people say. Do they really know the amazing power of yoga? Are they aware of how desperately we all need the reflective, restorative nature of this practice?
So, I made it a habit to ask follow-up questions. “How do you think it could help you?” “Have you ever tried it?”
It turns out, much like eating vegetables, most people know yoga is good for you. Even if they have never stepped onto a yoga mat, they are aware of the benefits of doing so. So why aren’t they practicing yoga?
I have made it my mission in life to get to the bottom of that question, and find solutions for overcoming those roadblocks. I dream of a world where it is as common to check in on your yoga mat as it is to check in on Facebook.
I want to help create that world! For the last eight weeks, I’ve gone all in on that dream. I poured myself into a project that will help people bust through the roadblocks that keep them from the yoga practice they know will improve their life.

Multi-Class Series
Each series contains 3 – 5 full-length yoga classes, including relaxation.
There is no cost to join the Stay-at-Home Yoga Studio! Members enjoy any Pose-by-Pose Practice, Mini Yoga Break, or 3-Pose Short anytime, plus all our Member Bonuses.
