Upper Body Virtual Yoga Classes – Registration Open
I am a wife. I am a mom. Then, I’m a yoga teacher. I wish there was always enough of me to give to each of these roles, but there are seasons when something has to take a backseat.
The last few weeks of my pregnancy and these first few months of LM’s life, being a yoga teacher (and a blogger) has taken a backseat. But, our routine is smoothing out. I’ve discovered I can edit virtual class videos and hold a sleeping baby at the same time. (It’s pretty amazing to watch video footage filmed when I was nine months pregnant with a baby in my lap that has already DOUBLED his birth weight!)
I’m thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the Upper Body Virtual Yoga Class series!
This series includes the following three classes:
1. Upper Body Class One (Focus: Arm Strengtheners, Hands and Wrists) – Open Now!
2. Upper Body Class Two (Focus: Chest and Shoulders) – Open Now!
3. Upper Body Class Three (Focus: Head and Neck) – Opens November 15
This series is filled with:
– Upper Body Strengtheners,
– Poses for improving posture, and
– Asanas to help release neck and shoulder tension!
Simply click here to register for this series. If you missed the Lower Limb Series (open through November 20th) or the Middle Body Series (open through December 18th), you can register for those at the same time.
