When I turned the page on the calendar last Friday, it hit me. Baby boy is due to make his big debut next month! Yowza! We have been busy with all the normal pre-baby preparations: the car seat is installed, clothes are washed and put neatly in drawers, hospital bag items are purchased (though they haven’t made their way into a bag yet). There is no doubt that my yoga practice profoundly affects my parenting. When I take care of myself on the mat, I’m better able care for my daughter and the little man growing in my belly.
