    Hey Jen,

    You were at 33 weeks when you sent this out, so I am wondering how many weeks have passed now. I hope you are feeling well!

    Do you have recommendations for a good app/program that helps remind you to get up and stretch sporadically through out the day. I have a timer by my desk to try and remind me but I find that’s not enough.

    I would love a program from you that did this, especially if it came equipped with your mini-poses embedded in the timer and if I could program it with the mini-poses and schedule I wanted that day.

    Just food for thought.

      Guess what Sybil! One of the projects I’m hoping to get close to completing before this little guy arrives is the Healthy Moving app. I’m not quite ready to reveal lot of details yet, but hopefully very soon! Thank you SO much for your support and encouragement! xo
