"I don't have time for this today."

That's what I said for an hour before surrendering to the bigger truths...

  • I didn't have time to be fuzzy. I needed to cultivate focus and clarity for the rest of the day.
  • I didn't have time to lose my own cool when one of my kids had a meltdown a few hours later. I needed to fill my own "cup of calm," so I didn't make an already hard situation harder because I was running on "E."
  • I didn't have time to be reaching up to rub my aching neck all day long. I needed to spend a few minutes easing the tension at the beginning of my day.

Yes, self-care takes time. But it gives us time, too.

And for me, it's an investment that I cash in on all. day. long.

My No-Time Self-Care 6-Week Challenge is packed with 5-minute daily self-care practices.

I'm doing it live with tons of coaching and accountability (and hundreds of AMAZING women) this holiday season. We start this Sunday, November 17th. JOIN US!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This picture is of me doing a *comfort* self-care practice. I was meeting my needs for centering, rest and relaxation.

But, I also need *growth* self-care practices. Growth usually requires some amount of discomfort.

Your self-care routines should have a good mixture of both if you want them to really make a difference in your health and your life.

I spent a lot of time getting the mix right in the No-Time Self-Care Challenge. Some of the daily practices will ease your weary soul AND others will push you to get stronger - mentally and physically. All in 5-minutes a day! YOU CAN DO THIS!
