{this moment} – A Friday ritual, inspired by Soule Mama. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
I’m approaching {this moment} a little differently this week. My family had to say goodbye to my mom’s sweet golden retriever, Nora, yesterday.
She was the sweetest girl. Miss N was a wonderful companion for my mom, a friendly therapy dog at the retirement community where she worked, and a true buddy to both the human and furry members of my family. AE asks for Nora many times every day. I made this video to help us all.
So beautiful, so moving, so loved! It is incredibly difficult to cope with the loss of a family pet & they truly are a part of our families. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and I am sending big hugs your way.
Miss Nora, I didn’t know about your special place in this family until now and I’m SO grateful for your gentle spirit throughout your life here on earth. You were always in the right place at the right time. I trust that is still true.
