This is the final post in my series to reclaim the expression “self care.” (Check out the other posts in the series starting here.)

Self care is not a luxury. It is an absolute necessity.

Especially in life's busiest, most stressful seasons. Seasons like, oh say, the Holidays.

You don't need bubble baths and spa trips. You need simple, but powerful self care practices that will help comfort you AND push you to grow.

You can experience joy, love, and connection over the Holidays. You can make a difference, do meaningful work, and spread hope.

It all starts with self care.

Let me give you a plan for doing that in five minutes a day.
