60-Minute Consultation
We'll meet for an hour to look at your current alignment and develop a personalized plan of correctives that you can do throughout your day. To help ensure you are equipped to implement change, you will also receive:
- A Video Replay of our session (if requested).
- A Personalized Action Plan of exercises and classes to incorporate into your self-care routines.
- Short videos for each exercise included in your personalized plan.

30-Minute Consultation
Just need a quick chat to go over a few questions. Schedule a 30-minute consultation. To help ensure you are equipped to implement change, you will also receive:
- A Video Replay of our session (if requested).
- A Personalized Action Plan of exercises and classes to incorporate into your self-care routines.
- Short videos for each exercise included in your personalized plan.
$100 *
After booking a consult you will receive a PayPal invoice and a link to pay with any major credit card. Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your session.
* Current Healthy Moving Life Program members receive a 50% discount on 1:1 Consultations.
Private Session Terms & Conditions:
Private session payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your session. If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, the fee is fully refundable or it can be applied to a rescheduled session. There is a $50 cancelation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The balance of your payment is refundable or it can be applied to a rescheduled session.
