I practice and teach alignment-based yoga. In the Back to Basics series, I’m sharing the key points of alignment for the most commonly practiced yoga poses. My approach to discipline can be summed up in two sentences. Children (actually everyone) are in an unending pursuit of the satisfaction of their deepest needs.
